FINAN contracting began trading in Ireland in 1993. Finan worked very closely with the Client, Architect & Engineers to deliver on time and to the exact specifications the project required. Finan Contracting provided the full turnkey solution starting with design, site preparation, main build, interior design and also completed the beautifully landscaped exterior
	At 4,500 sq ft this impressive property has 6 very large bedrooms, an open kitchen and a dining area with additional reception areas. All areas were designed and delivered to the highest interior design standards this ranges from the impressive open string mahogany stairs winding in two directions and the balconies to all front bedrooms overlooking the wonderful mature gardens. The house is further complimented by cobblestone paths surrounding the dwelling and the Spanish style tiles complete the houses unique look. 	Finan Contracting was responsible for the delivery of these two expansive properties located just outside the town of Ballina, Co Mayo in the West of Ireland. Once again Finan provided a holistic solution for the client by bringing together the expertise of architects, engineers and a team of highly committed and experienced tradespeople. This project was in line with Finans core principles of being committing to delivering properties with individual character. The properties were carved into the hillside with especially large gardens and conservatories in order to take advantage of the beautiful Irish evening sunset.
	Finan Contracting also has vast experience in mixed use developments, for example the above development which consists of 7 retail units on the ground floor and 16 apartments. Finan were responsible for the initial demolition and site clearance leading to the construction of the concrete frame superstructure all undertaken by our in-house team. The project was completed to a tight deadline and promptly handed over to our client within committed timelines.
