Finan Formworks LLC provides Engineering & Consultancy services focused on Concrete Construction. There is a particular emphasis on temporary works design associated with formwork and scaffolding support for concrete structures across all sectors, including high-rise.

Our services in terms of benefit to clients fall into two categories.

We provide our services to Clients, Consultants, Architects and Engineers who wish to have formwork planning as a key part of their early planning and procurement process. In many cases it is critical to have robust planning to optimize the formwork design during the early planning stages.
We also provide our advisory services to Contractors directly in the procurement and programme planning of formwork design.
The choice of design and equipment will always have a major impact on programme durations associated with cycle time of the finished element.
Equally important to critical programme cycle times, are labour requirements and their safety during the erection and dismantle process. All of these factors have a significant impact on the project efficiency and profitability.
