This heavy duty high capacity panel system comes in standard panel size of 240 cm x 300 cm (7.2 sq m) and requires only four ties and two quick acting wedge clamps.

The high capacity panel system, with few components and versatility in design, adapts to the site requiring lower labour costs and speed in cycle times.

Crucial to design was the minimum parts requirement to effect positive cycle time from one part of the project to the other.

The system is highly adabtable to all forming requirements (columns or walls at normal and high level including high level attachment to access platforms as a crane handled or hydraulic system).

It can also be attached to the TR300 single sided wall A Frames with cast in slab anchors. The panel has a special high quality edge steel profile of 12 cm incorporating 18mm phenolic plywood achieving upto 100kn pressure per m2.

The system is compatible with normal industrial concrete construction as well as the heavy requirements of heavy civil engineering applications.
