The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi alongside the Gary Players 72-Par Championship Saadiyat Beach Golf Course will open in the final quarter of 2011. The project developed by TDIC comprises of a 330 bedroom hotel, residences of 259 apartments and 33 large luxury villas, as well as restraunts, lounges and conferencing facilities.

FINAN were involved in the design engineering of formwork and scaffolding solutions associated with the concrete works, with equipment on a sale and rental basis. FINAN also provided frontline site support in terms of training, temporary works inspections and pre-pour sign off.
