The Al Falah Community project in Abu Dhabi comprises of 5000 villas ranging from 3,4and 5 bedroom. This forms part of the future Emirati Housing Scheme of 50,000 units. The project developed by Aldar Properties PJSC will eventually be a complete new town with retail, schools and hospitals.

FINAN were responsible for the design and supply of the scaffolding system for upto 800 villas. Working for our client Main Contractor SPK Construction we have been able to create a strong profile and assist in delivery of this prestigious project.
