The oasis Hospital Development in Al Ain is a modern hospital development beside the site of the existing hospital. The Hospital has just celebrated 50 years and is one of the oldest in the region serving the residents of Al Ain since 1960. The new 270 bed hospital with the best medical and equipment technology, architectural design that respects the culture and traditions of the UAE will open in early 2012.

FINAN undertook the complete concrete frame construction works as a package. The job involved the construction of the 44,000 m2 formed area with a tight time schedule. The hospital includes a large basement structure and an additional 5 floors above. FINAN were responsible for labour and a management team associated with all reinforcement fixing, formwork erects and dismantles and concrete placing. The project has allowed FINAN to strengthen it’s portfolio of capability providing an attractive offer for main contractors going forward.
